History
The Marshalltown Youth Foundation was started in 1996. It was birthed out of the visible need in our community, and a study by the Search Institute. The study, "40 Assets of Healthy Kids", stated that participation in activiites was the biggest contributor to success later in life.
Mission
Marshalltown Youth Foundation strives to ensure that all children have access to activities.
Vision
A community where all children are enriched through participation in the arts and activities.
